FF&E SELECTION
+ SPECIFICATION
Propose furniture, window treatments, lighting, carpet, wallcovering, artwork + decorative accessories as needed
Meticulously select each individual piece with great sensitivity to the materiality + scale of the surrounding architectural shell
Produce comprehensive FF&E specifications + quantities allowing for streamlined procurement
Deliver value engineered solutions as needed to maintain the client-directed project budget
CONSTRUCTION
ADMINISTRATION
Engage in weekly owner, architect, contractor (OAC) meetings and intermittent site visits to ensure design intent has been fully realized
Carefully review all millwork + FF&E shop drawings, cut sheets, cuttings, + finish submittals
Issue design drawings, sketches, + RFI responses as needed throughout the course of construction and provide analysis of completed installation
