Inspired by the community's rich culture, filled with energy, angst and fine arts, we designed this space to adapt to the young lives currently re-creating their history. The community features luxury amenities such as a rooftop and multiple courtyards, community lounge, a hot tub, sauna and spa, fitness center, study lounge and private meeting rooms, and a lobby coffee bar. Scope of work included seeing all amenities through full design process including specification and procurement of all furniture and custom millwork.
